The charts below show the percentage of water used for different purposes in six areas of the world Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The six pie charts illustrate the percentage of water used in each of the three categories (Industrial, Agricultural and Domestic) in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Central and South Asia.
Overall, in four out of six areas, most of the water is used for agricultural purposes while in the other two areas (North America and Europe) water is mainly used for Industrial works. Moreover, in three out of six areas, domestic purposes use the least amount of water, while in the other three regions, industries use the minimum amount of water.
To begin, in four of the mentioned six regions, agriculture accounts for most of the water used. In Central Asia, 88% of its total water used goes towards agriculture, comparatively Africa and Southeast Asia uses a slightly less water for agriculture at 84% and 81%. South America spends 71% of its total water usage behind agriculture, whereas in North America agricultural functions consume water nearly half as much as South America (39%). Finally, agricultural tasks in Europe takes up the least amount of water at only 32% among all the regions.
Furthermore, in North America and Europe, a huge chunk (48% and 53% respectively) of their water goes behind industrial purposes. Whereas, only about one-tenth or less of total water usage goes towards Industrial purposes in Africa (7%), South America (10%), Central Asia (5%) and South East Asia (12%). Lastly, domestic tasks use less than 20% of total water usage in each of the six regions. In north America 13%, South America 19%, Europe 15%, Africa 9%, Central and South East Asia 7% of the total water used goes for domestic causes.
