The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel s customer service The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010

The given two pie charts explain the results of a survey carried out by Parkway hotel on 100 visitors to rate their customer service in 2005 and 2010.
Looking at the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the hotel's service had made a huge improvement with an increase in the percentage of guests who voted excellently and good over the period.
Having a glimpse at the illustration reveals that half of the visitors were satisfied with the hotel's customer service in the initial year, whereas only 17 percents were satisfied in the final year. The tourists who gave good ranking had been increased by 25 percents from the former year. There was a large difference between an excellent rating of two different years as 5 percents in 2005 and 28 percents in 2010 respectively.
Shifting to the remaining data, the poor rating was 21 percents in the former year and remained only 12 percents in the later year. The very poor rating had been decreased from 15 percents to 4 percents in later year.
