The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.

The given pie charts show the outcome of a survey which asked guests how they rated the hotel's customer service in the year 2005 and 2010.

At a glance, it is obvious that almost half of the guests in 2005 had rated satisfactory, however, in 2010, the highest percentage was owned by the good figure (39%). The Excellent figure had shown dramatic increase from 2005 (5%) to 2010 (28%). Moreover, in 2005 there were 15% of very poor ratings which had shown significant drop in 2010(4%). One of five visitors rated poor in 2005 but after five years it had reduced to 12%. there is a clear pattern visible in these two charts, from 20005 to 2010 all negative ratings had been reduced and all other positive ratings(Excellent and good) took over those places.

To summarize, it is clear that within five years hotel's customer service had been improved towards guests which enable them to add positive ratings.
