The charts illustrate the outcome of a research of supplemental education of the grown-ups. The first chart presents what the riped opt to study for and the pie chart shows how much is adult education ought to be divided fairly.

Overall, adults tend to be fond of the subject they study, which occupies 40% of the first chart. Meanwhile, the purpose of meeting people is only 9% which is the lowest of the first chart. The survey focuses on three factors : individual, taxpayer, and employer.

The needs for being helpful, prospects improvement and enjoyment of the extra education are almost similar to each other (20%,20 %, and 22%). Adults, who want to be able to change their job,is slightly lower than others (12%), but gaining qualifications is more emergency than the rest except for interest in subject.

Regarding the pie chart, adults who undego the course pay 40% of the fee and the employer have to be reponsible for 35%, the rest should be solved by taxpayer.
