According to the first graph, the proportion of people who interest in subject higher than grown-ups to gain qualifications by 2%. There are about 22% of people studying to helpful for current their job. Besides, 20% of mature people want to improve prospects of promotion or enjoy studying. In addition, grown-ups who able to change jobs represent 12% of the whole chart. The percentage of people want to meet people is 9%.
