The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.

The given two pie charts showed how happy learners are in different two groups including full-time and part-time subjects about library’s services in terms of IT support offered and opening hours.
Overall, total students with whole time in library with both the IT support offered and opening hours had a similarity and account for the highest rate. The proportion of student’ satisfaction level in part-time group had a clearly difference about two service groups.
There are an obviously spread about satisfaction level among students when there were asked about current opening hour. Students tend to be much fond of this service, account for 67% and 72% in full-time and part-time subject, respectively. There are 1% and 5% in total students who are satisfied but not at all in the full-time and group-time group, respectively. The rest of total learner belongs to quite happy groups with the difference of 9%.
The more even distribution among three level of learner’s feeling about the IT support. The figures at full-time group are 55%, 32% and 13% corresponding to three level of satisfaction including very happy, quite happy and not at all happy, respectively. In contrast, the part time subjects were less attracted by the IT support, with unhappy rate accounted up to almost half (45%).
