The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The given pie charts illustrate the general evaluations of both full-time and part-time students of the services of the library at a university. Overall, the survey was about the level of happiness of students with the IT support offered and the current opening hours. Additionally, the results showed that several full-time pupils were very happy with the services provided by their school, whereas numerous of those who studied part-time were not satisfied with the IT support.
Regarding IT support services, 55% of full-time children were satisfied with these offers, followed by 32% of those who felt quite good and 13% of those who were not happy with this support. Meanwhile, there were up to 45% of part-time students who could not feel well with the IT support offered; however, the figure for those who feel extremely good was quite low, at 20%. Lastly, the percentage of part-time pupils who were quite happy with the services was about 35%, nearly the same as those who were in the full-time group.
Turning to the opening hours of the library. Almost all the students significantly feel good with the current timetable, although there was a small number of those who felt quite fine with the hours, at 32% of full-time students and 23% of part-time students. On the contrary, the percentage of those who completely felt not good with the opening time was just less than 6% in both groups.
