The pie charts compare the proportion of spending patterns in us 1966 and 1996. Overall, it can be seen that the greatest change was the percentage of spending patterns was car and the most reduced was food.
In 1966, 44% food was the most favorite pattern, but in 1996, this fell significantly to only 14%. The second popular item was car, representing just over a quarter all of types, this increase constantly more than a third twenty years later. Initially, pattern on the restaurant was fairly low at only 7%, However, this kind raised dramatically over the 30 years later to represent the minority of type at 14%. Furthermore, at 1% computer was very small number in 1966 but it advanced one in ten in 1996.
Reduction of items were seen in the remaining three spending patterns in 1996. The type of book decreased one in twenty, the second category was furniture which decline at 8% and the last petrol got 8%.
