The bar chart illustrates the frequency with which people in the United States ate fast food between the years of 2003 and 2013.
Overall, people seem to enjoy eating at a fast food restaurant between once a week to once or twice a month. Going to a fast food joint daily or never seem like the least preferred options, although there’s a lot of fluctuation in the likeness of citizens.
In 2003 and 2006, most people (about 31 and 33 percent, respectively) preferred to eat junk food once a week. Once or twice a month was closely behind, while going out every day was the least popular choice, just about 3 or 4 percent did that.
2013 is an interesting year as it breaks the trend. The most preferred frequency was once or twice a month, which about 33 percent people chose. Although the preferences changed, the dislikes remained unchanged and only 3 percent would go out every day.
