The charts show survey results concerning why MBA graduates chose their degree and employer’s reasons for hiring them.
The two pie charts give information about reasons people apply for an MBA degree and the factors potential employers target when hiring them in a particular survey.
Overall, it can be seen that having better job opportunities is the most common reason, while the percentage of ability to help other people is the lowest. Personality and previous experience knowledge accounted for the majority of employers' expectations.
Most students get an MBA to have a better employment rate, at 65% and 50% more than the figure for reasons about the ability to do a job better. 3% of students choose MBA to develop their skills rather than help others, with 12% and 8%, respectively.
Personality and previous experience relating to knowledge make up one-fourth of the total and are the highest percentage on the chart. It can be seen that experience connection and presentation appearance have the same patterns, at 20%. 10% is the percentage of qualification that employers value most and the lowest figure of all.
