Describe the diagram
The diagram illustrates the process of preparing cherry jam jars through rather simple procedures.
Overall, there are a total nine main stages in the process of making this kind of jam, beginning with shaking cherry trees in order for collecting and it is followed by transferring to the factory. This process ends in using prepared bottle of jams for consumption and each stage which will be described below.
The process begins when trees are being shacked to collect ripe cherries in a definite season which fall over the pad spreading under the trees. In the next stage, the cherries are carried by Fork-lift to the lorry to transfer that to the factory. After that the leaves and stem are removed then prepared to wash once this stage is complete, the kernels in the middle of cherries are taken out and poured in the pot. After which the other ingredients namely sugar, lemon juice and pectin are added over the stove. During the following stage, the quality of the jam will be checked by experts and will put through the bottle after official confirmation. The process ends when the jars are labeled and then are ready to be sold in the stores.
