Looking at the process, what stands out from the graph is that there are a total of 3 stages of the process of the home smokery beginning with the flow of the fresh air and culminating in the smoke to cook meats.
The first stage is when the fresh air is flown into the home smokery which is covered by a lid to start to form smoke. After that, some logs are put into and mixed with the fresh air to form fire which can form smoke.
After the fire has made smoke, the smoke is flown into the pipe which is led to the ground level and stayed in the box. Following this, meats are hooked up in the box. The process finishes when the meats are cooked by the smoke which is made from the previous stages.
