The diagram below explain the process of making wood pellets, which are a type of fuel used for heating building.

The flow chart reveals the procedure of creating wood pellets by several steps.

It can be clearly seen that sawmill provide a sawdust, which is hammered into fibers in hammer factory. The fibers are all in the same length. Next, the fibers were dampened with steam before gone through holes. Then, fibers are pressurise into holes to convert into pellets by pellets machine, where fibers changed into pellets.

Moving further, when fibers come out from the machine after becoming pellets then they are ready to go through another process by cooling machine, where they are cooled and sent to another stage. After that, pellets are vacuumed to loose their dust, before final process. Finally, the pellets are packed into 19 killos ( 40 pound ) bags. They are ready for sale. Then can be utilized to heat any kind of building.

Hence, wood pellets are made from sawdust, which takes various steps to changed into wood pellets.
