The flow chart gives information about manufacturing wood pellets which are used to heat buildings. Overall, it is clearly seen that the process has seven various steps to make wood pellets, which starts the arrival of sawdust and ends with selling to pellets.
According to diagram, sawdust arrives from sawmill in the first step. Afterwards, wood shaving is hammered into fibers of the same length by a hammer mill and then fibers are moistened with steam. The next process is that a pellet machine push fibbers through holes to shaping into pellets. Moving to a more detailed analysis from the diagram shows that pellets are cooled and in sixth step, loose dust is removed using a vacuum.
Finally, each wood pellet is packed into 18 kilos before the ready for sale. After these all steps, wood pellets are suitable for used to heat building not only pellet stoves but also pellet furnaces.
