The diagrams illustrate how changes took place at West Park Secondary School from its construction 1950 to 2010.
Overall, catagories such as playground, main road and building block remain unchanged throughout the period whereas farmland and houses were replaced by car park, science block and sports field.
From 1950 to 1980, the West Park Secondary School experienced plenty of changes. In 1980, houses were demolished in which car park and science block were constructed. By the same token, farm land was disappeared from the scene and sports field came into account. Whilst there was no differences on playground.
In comparison to 1980, 2010s school witnessed dramatic changes on its structure. Due to extravagant increment on the area of car park resulted to adjust two block namely sports field and playground in area equal to 1980s playground size. On the flip side, science block and school main building positioned in same place as they were in 1980s.
