The process chart depicts the information of how the glass bottles are manufactured and reused. It is clear from the illustration, at first step sand, soda ash, limestone and other chemicals are mixed. After mixing this mixer is melted in glass furnace around 1500c temperature . Thereafter, this molten glass is given shap. Then glass bottles are ready to deliver by the container. Shifting attention towards remaining information , there are five steps in recycling process, in the first step, the used glass is collected . Thereafter, the collected glass is shorted by colours and by washing their impurities are discarded . Lastly, the glass is crushed and melted for giving shap into new product. Overall, all the steps are necessary for both the process, if one step is missed then whole process will be flawed.
