The diagram gives some information about the process of producing instant noodles by manufacturing.
It is obvious that, there are eight relevant and continuous steps during this process. The process starts by discharge of feed in storage silos and end by labelling and sealing.
As can be seen, all manufactures which produce noodles before that the process start by flour machines provide the first feed and raw material of mixers and store in storage silos in fact this is the first step. second step begin with add flour by a fewer oil and water in mixer. After that all materials completely mixed by rollers create dough sheets and after that in fourth step dough strips slice the green noodles. In fifth step all noodles provided in discs shape and cooked by oil. Not only in this stage cook noodles but also it is possible that they dry then cooked by cooker. It is important that change their taste by adding vegetables and spices this makes their get better taste and put they’re in cups. In final step all cups labeling and sealing. After all these steps instant noodles ready to sell in whole of the world and receive to consumers.
As a result, the process of producing noodles are complex and all manufactures follow a special structure.
