The diagram below shows the floor plan of a public library 20 years ago and how it looks now.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two maps illustrate the transformation of the central library on its arrangements over two decades.

The whole structure from now compared to 20 years ago is completely different. Starting with the entrance, going ahead and stopping at the center of the library, tables, and chairs have been removed, leaving the blank space. The current library moved the adult fiction books zone from the left to the right hand and added an information desk and self-service machine there. The old place of fiction for adults is now replaced by the shelter for reference books. Next to the entrance, looking on the left, the reading room is substituted by the computer room. The cafeteria is opposite the computer room, which used to be an enquiry desk that gave service, the shape of the cafeteria' land is squarer than the previous one.

Last but not least is the zone for children. Children's books room is located at the corner of the right now used for lecture room. It then moved to the opposite area of the room for the lecture view. The space for children is slightly expanded as well as enhancing activities for them, particularly is the storytelling events. There have been two sofas already and content for children is now entirely focused on fiction.
