Conspicuously, this is a linear process with myriad steps, which commences with crushing malted barley and ends at packaging.
The manufacturing initiates when malted barley is milled before this powder is mashed with water. After that, the mixture is lauterred to get liquid and simultaneously the grain is for the cows' meal. Thenceforth, sugar and hops added into liquid are boiled altogether and thereafter poured into a whirlpool to prepare for the next step which is to cool the mixture. Subsequently, the yeast is employed for the fermenting purpose; after a course of time, CO2 and yeast are removed while the rest is moved to another holder for maturing. Moving to the penultimate phase,beer is ready for filtering. The alcoholic drink is soon afterwards filled in distinct containers, barrels and bottles before it is purchased by consumers, which is the ultimate stage of the process.
