The flow chart depicts the information about the production of ethanol fuel in corn.
It can be clearly seen that firstly, corn is stored and sent to milling. In the next step, added the water in corn and it is cooked at 4 hours then, 48 hours is took for fermenting. Afterthat, separation of corn is done.
Moving further, 5 hours is used for purification of ethanol with solid by product as well as, liquid is added in the purification of Ethanol. After the purification of ethanol, it is stored. At the last step, Ethanol fuel is sent to transportation.
Hence, it can analyed that all the step in the manufacturing of ethanol fuel is linked with each other, if any step is missed then whole process would be halt.
