The diagram illustrates the process of how geothermal power plant makes electricity.
Overall, there are five main steps in the production of electricity in this plant, beginning with cold water being pumped into the ground and ending with the manufacture of electricity by the generator.
In the first stage of the process, cold water is pumped down at 4.5km under ground into an injection well. After that, the water goes through a geothermal zone which contains plenty of hot rocks to grow the temperature of the water. Next, the water at high temperature is pumped up the condenser via the production well that is constructed on the opposite side with the injection well.
In the next stage of the process, the steam vaporizes from the condenser to rotate the turbine which runs the generator to produce electricity. Following this, the power is transmitted electrical grid that distributes for different purposes.
