The diagram below shows how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity.
The give flow chart illustrates a way which electricity produced in geothermal power plant.
Overal ,There are 5 main stages in whole process of manufacturing electricity by using geothermal energy , beginning with pumping down a cold water to inside surface of eath and ending by producing electric energy by generator and transfer to use that energy.
In first stage , the cold water pumped into hole which has been dug with about 4 km height, then water has been injected successfully in geothermal zone which includes hot rocks and water moves through this area and would be heated,then hot water going to be pump for the second time but to upside of surface into condenser , in this stage steam wich has been produced byhot water moves to turbine, in final stage those steam cause movement of turbine and turbine and this movement lead to production of electricity in generator which would be transferred for usage.
