The given diagram sheds lights on how instant noodles are created/ the manufacturing process of instant noodles/ the procedure of making instant noodles.
As can be seen from the diagram, eight stages are required so as to produce noodles cups, initiating with the filling of flour and culminating with the labelling stage.
The process commences with flour being filled into large storage containers, which is known as silos. At the subsequent stage, it is transferred directly to an industrial mixer with added water and oil in order to obtain a dough mixture. After that, rollers are used with the aim of flattening the dough, these dough sheets then go through stripping machine and being formed into discs in the fourth and fifth stage respectively. The next stage involves the frying and drying of compact noodles discs, following by the seventh steps, in which they will be moved into cups with the addition of vegetable flakes and spices. Ultimately, people will add labels onto the packagings and seal them carefully with the assistance of a sealing machine for completion.
