The diagram below illustrates information regarding the process of manufacturing instant noodles. In general, instant noodles are manufactured through a complex process with at least eight steps.
It could be easily observed from the diagram that in the first step, flour in storage silos is passed through the equipment for mixing with oil and water to create a kind of ingredient. After that, this is rolled into the next step, where dough is sheeted, stripped. In the fifth step, this is dough is placed on discs for producing noodles.
In comparison with the process mentioned above, the next one is relatively complex. Firstly, noodles are combined with cooking oil and dried before being left to cups. Vegetables and spices are also added into these cups. These are travelled over the next step for labeling and sealing. The final product will be distributed to market.
