Overall, there are 14 main stages in the process, beginning with the picking of the pears and finishing in the dispatch of the final product.
To begin with, the pears are picked by hand and then transported to the factory where the pears are washed. Next, the fruit is checked for quality. After this stage is complete, the good pears are cooled in storage at a specific temperature. Then, the pears are weighed and graded into different grades. Simultaneously, the pears are peeled and cored after grading.
