The diagram below shows one method of manufacturing ceramic pots.

The diagram explains the process for the making of ceramic pots. Overall, there are a total of 12 stages, beginning with collecting raw materials and culminating in the final products.

Initially, raw materials are dug from under the ground. After that, they are delivered by a truck to a factory where they will be processed. The next stage is that materials are moved on a chain towards the crushing machines so as to be made smaller in size. Consequently, the pieces are mixed with water before being transferred to moulds through a tube. At this point, moulds are left for 4-6 hours, then are opened for shaped clay pots to be taken out. The white clay pots then are placed into an oven under the temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius. Next, the pots are soaked in brown paint to add color. Once the pots have been fully colored, they are put in the oven again to be fired in order to maintain the paint even after a long time of usage. Ultimately, brown clay pots are completed.
