The given diagram details how plastic bottles are recycled. Overall, this process is completed in nine steps, which requires a variety of machines.
The process begins when people throw unused plastic bottles in rubbish bins. Then, these bottles are collected by trucks before being delivered to the recycling center, where skilled workers have responsibility to sort whether the bottles are recyclable or not. After that, the sorted bottles are compressed into blocks. In the fifth stage, the act of crushing the blocks and washing them in water is accomplished.
The sixth stage occurs when washed bottles are put in a special machine in order to produce plastic pellets. Next, these pellets are transformed into the raw material by being heated. Following that, the raw materials are packaged before the last step happens, which results in produced end products such as pencils, T-shirts and bottles. The described process then starts again.
