Overall, to manufacture bricks is needed several ways, from digging the clay to delivering the products to suppliers. Furthermore, these procedures are consisted of production, incineration, and shipment.
Initially, the excavator digs soil, then this will be filtered to obtain clay by using metal grid, and it has been already rolled. Thereafter, it is mixed with sand and water before the mixture will be cut by wire cutter or will be molded in prior to being heated in oven. The next step is that the mixture is dried in an oven between one and two days.
After surpassing the previous procedure, this mixture is kilned in moderate temperature, ranged from 200 to 980 Celsius degree. Then, it is incinerated again in higher heat, with approximately more than a thousand Celsius degree in advance of sealed in cooling chamber. When it comes to the last stages, the bricks have to package before it will be delivered to building industry.
