Overall, as can be seen from the picture, it is clear that there are seven main steps in this process, beginning with digging clay from the ground and ending with delivering the products to the consumers.
In the first stage of the process, people would use the digger to take the clay from the ground. After that, the clay is filtered through the metal grid and transported by a roller, getting ready for the next step. The process continues with molding the bricks by the wire cutter or the mold.
In the next stage of the process, these bricks are dried in a drying oven for about 24 – 48 hours. Following this, they are put in a kiln with moderate and high temperatures, with 200 degrees to 980 degrees and 870 degrees to 1300 degrees respectively, before being cooled in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Then, the cooled bricks are packaged and delivered by the trunks to the companies for the building industry.
