The flowchart illustrates, the different steps of consumer good production and the process of getting feed back to the starting stage for management.
Initially, the foremost steps of a goods production was storage which needs materials and resources. After collecting such substances do research about the product and present in assembly about the planned design. Pass through proper inspection and testing, product send to sealing section then despatch it and send for sales.
Regarding the result of consumer goods, firstly, collect information from the storage area the amount of collected things. secondly, the tested product send to design area if the changes offered in designs. finally, after delivering the product the information receive from sales department to production plan area and market research section as well. From there analyse the advertisement and packaging section send feed back immediately to design control
