The diagram depicts the processes of goods production. Overall, there are two kinds of processes i.e flow of manufacturing and flow of information which is supporting each other before the goods are marketed and there is a feedback from information flow in several manufacturing flows.
First, there are eight stages of production of consumer goods from storage to sales. The first stage is taking the raw materials and manufactured components on storage and at the same time, product research have to be designed in other process. After that, materials and components on storage and product research designed will be input to production planning. The next steps are assembly, inspection, testing, despatch and sales.
Several processes will be given information feedback such as testing, packaging and sales. On testing process, it has to design again before taking to packaging. On packaging phase, it will be researched the market and carried out the advertising. Furthermore, on the last stage (sales), there are two kinds of continuous feedbacks id. est production planning continued on storage and market research proceeded on advertising and design.
