The diagram depicts how the bricks are formed for the use of Building Industry.overall it can be seen that there are only few steps that produces a strong bricks without any difficulties.
In the first stage, the clay which is used for making bricks is dig out from the ground with the help of digger. Then this clay placed on to the metal grid. The reason to placed on to the metal grid is to break the long and heavy pieces into the smaller pieces.then this tiny pieces passed on to the roller and mix with water and sand.
Following to this Mixture, it turned in to a perfect shape of bricks by either placing into a mould or by wire cutter that remove a thin material and produced good bricks.next to this, bricks trasported in the oven for drying purpose upto 48 hours.
In the subsequent stage, the bricks go through the heating and cooling process. They are heated in a kiln at moderate temperature and then suddenly at high temperature upto 1300 degree celcius.then it followed by coolling process in a chamber for 2-3 days Eventually the bricks are packed and deliverd to the final destinations.
