The process elucidates the method of manufacture of bricks necessary for Construction Industry.
Overall, it is found that the production of bricks include several steps such as Digging, Rolling, Moulding, Drying, Cooling, Packing and Delivery.
In the first step, Giant digger is used to remove the clay present in the ground. In the second step, The clay produced is passed through a metal grid and the some material remained is passed into a roller. In the third step, Sand and water are added to the rolled powder which is either cut in a wire cutter or pressed in a mould to achieve a desired brick shape. In the next step, the produced bricks are dried in an oven for 24 to 48 hours. After that they are passed into a large chamber with varying temperatures, Initially into a moderate temperature kiln of 200 to 980 degree celsius. Nextly to higher temperature kiln of 870 to 1300 degrees and later to a cooling chamber and left undisturbed for 48 to 72 hours. In the final step, packaging of the prepared bricks are done. Afterwards, they are delivery to the required construction sites
