The diagram demonstrates thoroughly about how bricks for construction sites are produced. Generally, there are a variety of stages, from collecting materials for bricks to distributing them to consumers.
First of all, the digger has an assignment of taking clay from the ground. The second stage is sifting through a metal grid to keep pure clay, that will be moved directly to the next step by a roller then. Thirdly, treated clay will be mixed with sand and water well, then workers mold them into a standard shape or cut with wire, and we have . After that, shaped clay will be arranged together in an oven to be desiccated in 24 to 48 hours. In the subsequent step, all of the dried clay is delivered to a specialized kiln, moderated from 200 degree C to 980 degree C before increasing the temperature to around 870 degree C and 1300 degree C, until the red-hot bricks meet the quality, they will be let in a cooling chamber in 48-72 hours. At the following stage, the workers arrange them into huge cubes and package. Finally, transforming new labeled bricks to market with trucks.
