Overall , the process of preparing bricks appears to be composed of 7 main steps which can be divided into 2 distinct sets of processes. In the first part , special things are rowed and bricks are prepared. In the last part , they are dried and delivered to important places.
At the first step , things for preparing bricks are rowed in the ground by digger. And in the second step, materials of bricks are mixed, namely clay and metal grid are mixed. Then sand and water are mixed , too. And it is wired by cutter or it is moulded.
Ready bricks are dried about 24-48 hours by oven. Firstly they are heated in moderate degrees and high degrees by kiln. Before they are packaged , they are cooled about 48-72 hours by cooling chamber and at the last step, it is delivered to necessary places by special transports.
