Overall, the process consists of eight steps and several pieces of equipment, beginning with the collection of the glass and finishing with the organisation and distribution of new products.
At the first stage in the glass recycling, waste glass is gathered by the trash cans, where members of the public leave their used glasses. This glass is directly transported and sorted by colour. Next, the sorted materials are cruched in a relevant machine.
At the fourth and fifth stage of the cycling process, these materials are cleaned into a washing machine, and melted. Then, the materials are organised in the moulding machine, where they become new products in the final step.
