The diagram depicts the production of sugar which is deprived from sugar canes
At first glance, it can be seen that the manufacturing process goes through two main stages, which are growing and cropping and industrial process.
Initially, sugar canes are seeded in large number to the field, then it goes through 12-18 months of growing up. After sugar canes have been fully developed, the farmers either cut it off manually or using professional truck in order to harvest it.
In the third step, the sugar cane trunks are granolated into juice by a crusher. Next, its juice goes through a limestone filter to be purified. The filtered juice continues to an evaporator tank where it is heated and transformed to syrup. Following this track, it is in the centrifuge step that sugar crystals are segregated from the syrup. Ultimately, newly produced sugar is stored in an open box for drying and cooling purposes.
