The diagrams below give information about the manufacture of frozen fish pies Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

Given is the diagram delineating the various steps to complete a fish pie product. It is perceptible that this is a linear process with multiple steps, which commences with delivering potatoes and salmon and ends with putting them in the archive.
Initially, the potatoes are delivered to the factory up to one month in advance followed by the process of cleaning them by washing with water and disinfecting them thoroughly before processing. In the subsequent phase, potatoes start to be peeled and cut into small slices. The purpose of this is to make the potatoes easier to cook and give shape to the pieces of potatoes we usually eat. After that, potato slices are fried at high temperature by putting them in boiling water and then chilling at a moderate temperature. After completing the above steps, potatoes are stored to get ready for the next steps. Turning to the fish preparation, the delivery of salmon slices is to be made to the factory within twelve hours prior to the process. These salmon slices are like potatoes, they must all be clean before being seasoned: squeeze lemon and sprinkle with salt. Then, salmon slices are heated by steam over at the same time humans carry out to remove their skin and bones. There is someone at the factory to monitor these salmon slices to check the quality and food safety.
For the pie preparation, peas and sauces are indispensable ingredients, these are prepared ahead of wrapping the pie in the microwaveable containers. Ultimately, all the potatoes, salmon slices, pies and sauce are wrapped manually in a systematic way, then brought to the freezer. At the end of this process, the products are put into storage for better food management.
