The bar graph and table chart show the main three reason to employees chose to work from home and the hours males and females worked at home in the year 2019. This charts information calibirated in percentage.
It can seen crystal clear that there were almost simliar men and women main reason was save money in the year 2019(42-45%). However, only 11% females chose to work from home for more productive. It was approximately males double interested as compared to males 24%. There was only 4% men work from home main reason for easier chid care. The females was near by 6 times more than interested to mens 26%.
Continuing, it can be observed the tabular chart that there was 74% women worked under 10 hours of per week. It opposite side only 3% males was worked. By contrast, there was 16% males in 10 to 30 hours of work per week. It was only 5% increased females work from home as compared to males which was 81% male worked for over 30 hours per week. While, only 6% of women worked from home over the 30 hours of work per week.
In summary, it may be deduced thatthe highest males employees work from home for to save money. While, the lowest females workers over 30 hours worked from home in the year 2019.
