The given maps provide insights into the layout of an indigenous museum in the years 1957 and 2007.
Overall, in 2007, there were fewer trees and the museum was quite bigger than it was in 1957.
Looking from the outer parts of the museum, in 2007, most of the trees from the South were cut down and a curved path was utterly removed, to make space for a car parking site. To the North of the diagram in 1957, there was a wide range of trees until 2007 they were all chopped down to enlarge the whole structure of the local museum. Moreover, in both 1957 and 2007, the garden still remained.
Turning to the structure of the whole museum, instead of leading up to the national history exhibition, in 2007, the entrance was relocated to the left-hand side and directed to the museum shop. A reception was built next to a cafe, which was newly erected in the bottom right-hand corner. Furthermore, the museum storeroom was demolished and the local history room was moved to the central building. Finally, special exhibitions and an education center were added to the northeast of the museum.
