The diagrams display the fundamental steps and tools to make cement and the way in which cement is used to create concrete for building objectives.
Overall, this linear man-made process is composed by five stages, beginning with the crush of limestone and clay, and ending up with the placement of the cement into bags. This cement is then used with other materials to create concrete.
To begin, limestone and clay are transformed into powder by a system of two rollers called crusher. Next this is transported from a mixer to a rotating heater, where the heat burns the powder. Subsequently, cement is placed into bags, but, before that, the burnt powder is pressed by a grinder which allows to obtain cement.
Finally, the cement with other materials as water, sand, and small stones, called gravel, are put into a particular rotating mixer, where they are mixed to obtain a homogenous compound known as concrete which is usually used to build.
