The diagrams illustrate the phases and appliances which are used to make cement and the methods are utilized in the production of concrete for the aims of construction.

In general, the cement-making process is a 5-step linear process, begins at crushing limestone and clay together and ends at packing the cements. Moreover, the concrete process happens to put the ingredients together in a mixer. Both of them are man-made processed.

According to the cement production process, there are 2 main components, which are clay and limestone. First of all, the factors are crushed together, is produced powder. Then, the powder is transferred into a mixer and rotating heater. The next stage puts the powder into a grinder to become cemented. Finally, the cement is packed together in bags to become cemented bags.

Following the cement production process, the concrete production has 4 main constituents includes cement which has made in the previous process. After that, sand, water, gravel and cement are mixed together in a concrete mixer to produce concrete. To make concrete, the highest percentage of ingredient is gravel, which is 50%. One-fourth of the concrete is sand, reaches the second highest proportion. The cement accounts for 15%. The lowest is water, which is just one-tenth in concrete.
