The diagram illustrates of types and implement former in procedure of resulting cement, and the way cement use the former to generating concrete for establish construction.
Overall, the process consists of 2 others, begining with cement production and ending up with concrete production.
In term of cement production begins when the limestone and clay starting to cultivate through helping from machine and the material of the cement will be mixer and channeled in process of rotating heater. After finishing the step of heating the material will be transfer to grinder in this step all of the material will be streamroller until being of cement. The final step from the process of making the cement is doing package and should be sorting by the weight or another criteria.
Furthermore, in concrete production upshot by cement will be manner as a result being concrete. First step, as much 15% of cement should be poured on the concrete mixer and combination with 10% water, 25% sand, and 50% from gravel, all of the items go down to concrete mixer. After a few hours the item will be mixed and generating some concrete to establish some construction.
