The first flow diagram illustrates the process of the cement production, and the second diagram shows the percentage of the materials in the process of producting concrete.
We can see that cement is made by two main raw materials and that the manufacturing process consists of three different machine. It requires four materials and one step to turn used cement into concrete production.
At the first machine process in production of cement, limestone and clay are crushed to become the powder. Next, this powder is sent to the mixer and heated by the fire in the rotating heater. The mixture powder go through the grinder can then become cement which will be taken into the bag.
Concrete production begins with four different percentage materials including cement(15%), water(10%), sand(25%) and small stones which calls gravel(50%). Collecting four substance, putting into the concrete mixer, the concrete is created. The production of concrete just is one step.
