Explain the given bar chart

The bar chart illustrates the information between the year 2002 and 2010, regarding the computer ownership as well as with the level of education in five different phase (no high school diploma, high school graduate, College, Bachelor degree, Postgraduate qualification).

Overall, There was a steady rise in the computer ownership from the year 2002 to 2010.with regards to level of education, those with the post-graduate qualification show the highest percent in both the years while, for those with No high school diploma show the lowest level of computer ownership between both the years.

Computer ownership was maximum in the year, 2010 with just below 80% while, it was minimum with the year 2002. Approximately 60% computer ownership was in the year 2004 and with the upcoming years 2006 and 2008 there was a steady rise in the ownership.

An analysis of the data by level of education shows that higher levels of education correspond to higher levels of computer ownership in both of those years. There were also considerable increase, of approximately 30 percentage, for those with a high school diploma or an unfinished college education (reaching 65% and 85% respectively in 2010). However, graduates and postgraduates proved to have the greatest level of ownership in 2010, at 90% and 95% respectively.
