Overall, it is obvious that both material production processes undergo several stages from crashing to mixing yet, to make concrete, cement has to be produced before.
First of all, to manufacture cement, two types of raw materials, limestone and clay, are crushed to make powder then it is mixed in mixer.After that, this mixture is transferred to rotating heater to be heated. Finally, cement is ready after grinding then it is packed in bags.
In the second stage, to generate concrete, 4 types of elements( cement, water, sand, gravel) are needed. Initially, 50% of gravel-small stones are put with 25% of sand into concrete box altogether simultaneously, 15% of cement is added. At that time 10% of water is pure, then all masses are mixed.
