Essay topics:

The first graph shows the reasons for studying in the UK by age, while the second graph shows the support given by employers for training by age.

Given are two figures concerning reasons of educating and subsidies given by taskmaster for vocational training, respectively. The first one is about causes of education as to age ranges providing data on correspondence between age groups and for interest/career, whilst the second manifests percentage of expenditure for vocational training versus various ages.

It is apparent from the information supplied that by increasing age the percentage of people studying for career declines. This trend, meanwhile, is reverse for interest. From a considerable 75 percent for people under 25 years old, the percentage of people learning for career-related issues drops to 25 percent for the people who are in the fifth decade of their life. However, stimulation for studying according to interest grows from 15 percent for people under 25 years old to 75 percent for people in the fifties.

As for percentage of payment which is paid for workforce training, it falls steadily from 80 percent for 20 years old to 20 percent for 60 years old.

It is interesting to note that a glance at the figures provided evinces a similar trend between employee training fee and percentage of people who study for career, both of them declines by rising age.
