Looking at the information in more detail, test candidates must first go to the driving license centre and fill in the registration form to take the test. Subsequently, the centre will test the eyesight of the candidates. If test takers fail to pass this exam, there will be no certificate awarded; otherwise, a fee will be paid for the written examination.
During the following stage of the process, the written exam is organized, which can be retaken up to two times free of charge. In case of failure on the third attempt, the candidates will be charged again. Once they have passed the written test, they will undergo the road exam. If qualified, the test takers will be granted a driving license.
