Overall, it is clear that a large number of gamers were young people with the male gender dominating. Also, the biggest proportion of game played was action game.
At the first graph, 42% of the game players were aged 18-35 years old, while lower by 7% was those who were below 18 years old, and just over a fifth of them was above 35 years old. Meanwhile, the gender of gamers comprised of 72% men, and just 28% women.
Moving to the best selling computer games, the biggest proportion was combating game, followed by sports and racing at the second and third places. The former accounted for about a-fifth, while the latter was 17%. Both education and role-play games were at similar figures (7% each). In contrast, just a minor percentage of the gamers preferred to enjoy other modes of electronic games.
