The presented graph enumerates the use of white and red meat in a European country science 1979 to 2004 grams per person per week.As an overall trend use of different type of meat and fish trends fluctuate greatly but consumption of chicken increased and fish and red meat decreased during this period.
According to graph fish remained least favorite food because its consumption was about fifty-five grams per person per week and at the end of this time frame decreased to fifty grams per person per week.Its was lowest consumption as compare to others.However,highest consumption of beef recorded during 1979 which dramatically raised up to two hundred and seventy-five grams per person per week till 1989.but onward to 2004 its use noticeably reduced almost hundred and with comparison chicken therefore one hundred and twenty-five gram per person per week.
Although lamb consumption was initially high with respect to chicken one fifty grams per person per week significantly drop to seventy-five gram per person per week in 2004.However,chicken whose first use was less than one fifty gram per person per week climbed considerably highest of all at two fifty grams per person per week in 2004.which almost hundred fold increased with comparison with it self.
In the end graph shows information of use of different type of meat and fish in which chicken utilization rocketed but other meat and fish plummeted.
